"In my experience with Chaparral there are a few points that makes them superior to any other modular company out there.
First and most important was that throughout the whole process of choosing and building our home, was the way the our sales person, Trevor, always made us feel that any of our questions, concerns, or us wanting to drop buy and observe the process was expected, and we were always treated professionally and special. Trevor and the whole staff, always returned messages promptly and found the answers to all the questions we had for him.
Second, is when they say custom, they go out of their way to make the home specific to your needs and wishes. The extra touches and finishes were unexpected and appreciated. I could not find this with any other modular company in the Okanagan. With all the custom features in our home it was well within the price range of any standard, modular on the market.
Our home is beautiful, and our guests cannot believe it is a modular. I would definitely not hesitate to purchase another Chaparral home."
